Machine Learning for Predicting Cancer Related DNA

My work with as an intern at the Rosalind Franklin Institute where I applied 3 machine learning models to predict cancer-linked DNA from 15 cancer types. This work as also selected for an oral talk at the University of Cambridge for ISCB‑UK 2026.

Comparing Methods for Respiratory Waveform Extraction from Lung MRI Images

My year 3 physics group project, where I was co-leader. I developed the agreeability comparison framework for Manual ROI, Automated ML, and Deformation based waveforms. I prepared the poster attached.

CAMELS Cosmology Project

My physics project in astrophysics and cosmology, where I developed Convolutional Neural Network architectures to infer cosmological parameters from cosmological hydrodynamical maps provided by the CAMELS dataset, which includes 12 astrophysical fields.

Computational Modelling of Cancer

Reconciling mutation predictions using a statistical model and a mechanistic model. Both models disagree on some predictions ( pathogenic vs benign)
